III. Rates and Facilities
1. Rates
Standard stand （3m×3m）：USD2,850(RMB19,000)
Indoor raw space(18㎡ at minimum):USD280/㎡ (RMB1,900/㎡)
2. Facilities
The standard booth includes: 3 pieces of boarding, carpet, fascia (in English), 1 conference table, 3 chairs, spotlights, 1 electric connector receptacle.
Fore the raw space, the exhibitors will construct the booth by themselves and the height of the booth shall be no more than 4.5 meters.
IV. Promotion and Publicity
Media publicity: Comprehensive publicities in newspapers, magazines and outdoor advertising in Myanmar
Industry-wide promotion: cooperating with Burmese industrial and commercial sections, trading and industrial agencies to invite purchasers.
Direct invitation: Sending publicity materials and invitation letters to targeted buyers and imports through e-mail, fax, mailing and so on.
Online promotion: publicity and promotion on official Expo website in Chinese and English.
V. Expo Services
1. Free invitation letters for visa application will be provided (2 persons per stand booth or per 9 m2). The information of the exhibiting companies can be published on the expo journal free of charge which including the name of the company (both in Chinese and English), exhibits information, contact persons, telephone number, fax number and email.
2. Expo Information Center will be set up for on-site services during the expo.
3. Recommendation for stand construction, freight forwarding, custom service and local tour services. As for any oversea freight forwarder agencies in use, it should be noticed to the expo organizer in advance.
